Smaller items such as soft furnishings and accessories are delivered either by our special courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We’ll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible, using standard delivery, and ordinarily, you will have your goods within 5 days.
Larger items will be delivered by our in-house delivery team and depending on size it will be two or four-person team. We will work with you on the best time for delivery and will be in contact with you as needed to ensure delivery is as smooth and painless as possible. We will aim to dispatch items in stock within 5-10 working days of your order being placed. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only however if a weekend delivery is needed we can work with you, however, there will be some additional charge.
Deliveries normally happen Monday To Friday, during working hours. Small items can be left in a safe place if you are not in. Larger items will require a signature and someone to be in because we will unwrap, assemble and place in the room you desire. However for small items if you know you won’t be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn’t mind taking delivery and signing for you. This might be possible even after the order has left us however re-routing to a different address might not be possible but we will work with you and try our best. We may have to charge you extra.
Smaller items we will try to dispatch items in stock, using standard delivery, within 3-6 working days of your order being placed. We will engage an external courier company using standard delivery service. A signature will be required upon successful delivery, or a calling card left with re-delivery instructions. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only.

Our team will unwrap and assemble your items free of charge. Once you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date for you.
Please keep in mind that this is a dedicated delivery service which will have been pre-arranged and so someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. If that is not possible once delivery is underway then the full delivery cost being charged for re-delivery. By signing the delivery note, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition and in no way faulty or damaged.

Please note that we have to leave it with you to make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can’t be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you’re not sure, call us. Also, unless you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to take delivery on the agreed date and time, we charge £60 minimum towards the cost of either the second delivery attempt or return delivery to our warehouse.

If you would prefer we are pleased to offer a Click & Collect option at checkout. You will be able to collect from our wharehouse/storage site in Christchurch, Dorset within 10 days of placing your order online. Please provide us with at least 24hrs notice so that we can ensure your item ready for when you arrive on the day. We will contact you in advance to pre-arrange a convenient collection time. Our warehouse team will prepare your order for collection from our warehouse before you arrive to avoid unnecessary waiting for you. It’s also important for us to plan your arrival so that we can help you to load your vehicle if required.

We are a family business and understand the concerns of our customers when buying online. So we have created our returns policy to give you peace of mind and confidence when ordering from us online.
If for any reason you wish to return your item you can do so providing you notify us within 10 days of receiving your item.
In the very unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty or an error has occured, sometimes these things happen, please contact us within two days, providing photographic evidence where necessary. We will arrange to collect the damaged item and organise a replacement free of charge delivery.
Probably the easiest way to return the small items is often to contact us and we can arrange for our couriers and therefore we would ask you to simply contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone (local rate call) and we will clarify the details of the return method. The original delivery charges are non-refundable and a re-collection courier fee will be subtracted from your final refund amount. To ensure the items get back to us undamaged please ensure items are wrapped carefully and returned in their original condition. To stress it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely & in a saleable condition this will help us greatly and help a small company trade with confidence. If you prefer and its convenient items can also be returned in person for free to our warehouse, along with your receipt. We can work with you on the best time to do this.
When our delivery team is still with you and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, our drivers will take it away free of charge as long as you inform them before they leave. A full refund will be processed, less the original cost of delivery paid when ordering.
If within 10 days you wish to return the item we can arrange collection from your home. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. A re-collection fee (same rate as the original delivery charge paid when ordering) will be subtracted from your final refund amount. Items can also be returned in person for free to our warehouse, along with your receipt.
Please remember you are ordering unique items that are hand made in the islands of Indonesia from reclaimed materials and therefore we cannot accept refund requests based on the unique characteristics or markings inherent of reclaimed wood and artisanal work practices when comparing like for like items.
